LIVE at LiftEx 2024 Britlift
Britlift showcased its Multilifter ML180 at LEEA LiftEx 2024, which can be used as an under beam, lifting beam or H-frame with 16-ton safe working load, or a semi-spreader up to 23 tons. Here to tell us more is Liam Botting, MD, Britlift.
“We specialise in the design and manufacture of lifting equipment specifically the specialisation in custom lifting equipment,” said Botting.
“We are really excited about the Multilifter because it is a versatile, multiple application piece of lifting equipment. It can be configured as a lifting beam, H-frame or lifting frame, under beam, cantilever/counterweight lifting beam, forklift lifting beam, lifting skid and more.
“It’s got multiple holes and can include various types of lifting points, excavator hooks, trunnions, multi-point lifting arms, and clamps, with more in development. It offers far more versatility than existing modular beams, while retaining the key benefits such as ease of transport and handling.
“It’s off the shelf so can be delivered in a matter of days and can be hired from some of our hire partners.”
It was the first time the company had exhibited at LiftEx and received great feedback from customers.
